Who should buy it
Architecture and travel fans who want a long, demanding project – this is weeks of evenings, not a weekend.
Who should skip it
Anyone without a 47 × 39 cm spot to display it, or who finds 9,400 kr hard to justify regardless of price per piece.
Price verdict
Per piece it is cheaper than Rivendell (about 0.98 kr) and Venetian Neighbourhood (about 1.11 kr). But there is no hurry: the previous record holder in this style, the Eiffel Tower (10307), was on sale from November 2022 to July 2026 according to Brickset.
Verdict: Wait. Our target is 7,990 kr (about 15% under list). If it is your one big build for the holidays, list price is reasonable value – you just give up a likely discount later.
